Refund & Returns Policy – R Web Infotech

At R Web Infotech, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and providing the best customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.
  • You received the wrong product or an item with missing accessories.
  • The product is in unused condition with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Software, antivirus, or digital products
  • Products with tampered serial numbers
  • Opened/used items where hygiene or internal part integrity is affected
  • Clearance sale or special-discount items
  • Installed CCTV products or opened accessories (if the seal is broken)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims).
  2. Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup or guide you to send the product back.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refund method:
    • Online Payment → Refunded to same payment source
    • COD Order → Refunded to your bank account / UPI
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was due to our mistake.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements if:

  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • A part/accessory is missing

Replacement will be processed after verification and availability of stock.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  • Cancellation is not possible once the item is dispatched.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

7. Warranty Information

All products sold by R Web Infotech carry brand warranty where applicable.
Customers are requested to register or claim warranty directly with the brand’s authorized service center.
